At Alba PrintLabs, we want you to be delighted with your purchase. Our Refunds & Returns Policy is designed to be as clear and straightforward as possible. It outlines the conditions and process for returning an item, so please read the following sections carefully to understand your rights and our obligations.
Standard Returns
Our Refunds & Returns Policy gives you the right to cancel and return your order for most non-custom items within 14 days of receiving your goods. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging where possible.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Please note that some items are not eligible for a return unless they are faulty. Due to their personalised nature, custom-made and made-to-order items cannot be returned. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Custom 3D Trail Maps created from your specific data.
- Any products that have been personalised with your specific details (e.g., custom-sized masks).
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact us first. Do not send items back without prior confirmation. We will guide you through the process and provide the correct return address. Receiving Your Refund
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
