Every single Custom 3D Trail is printed to the highest possible standard. We use advanced printing techniques to ensure minimal to zero layer lines. This results in a stunningly smooth and realistic finish.
We use precise satellite topography to engineer your exact route. For European maps, we pull directly from the EU DEM database for incredible 25 metre detail. For North American locations, we use the ASTER satellite database for stunning 30 metre resolution. This means your map is a true, geographically accurate masterpiece.
🗺️ Shape and Finish Guide
Certain shapes have specific options to make sure they look their absolute best. Please check your chosen shape below:
Square, Rectangle, Circle and Hexagon: Fully customisable with any baseplate or frame. Please note that custom text plaques are strictly for Square and Rectangle shapes. They must also be paired with a frame. They cannot be used with just a baseplate or as a map on its own.
Octagon: Available as a map on its own or mounted on a baseplate. Frames do not fit this shape.
Heart and Ellipse: Available purely as borderless maps to let the unique shape shine. They do not have baseplate or frame options.

✨ Make It Yours: A Step By Step Guide
Getting your custom details perfect is incredibly easy. You can do it all right here on the page before you add the item to your basket! Just follow these simple steps:
Step 1: Choose Your Options. Select the perfect size, shape, and finish for your Custom 3D Trail from the drop down menus.
Step 2: Pick Your Styles. Choose your Terrain Style and Trail Colour. You can also use the tick boxes to tell us if you want to customise your base plate or frame colours!
Step 3: The Custom Details Box. Look for the text box labelled “Order Notes & Custom Details” right here on this page. This is your blank canvas to tell us exactly what you want.
Step 4: Share Your Route. If you selected a custom plaque, we will build a beautiful elevation profile of your route directly on it. Just paste your trail link right into the Custom Details box. We easily work with links from all the major apps like AllTrails, Garmin, Strava, Komoot, and OS Maps.
Step 5: Tell Us Your Text. In the same box, type exactly what words you want included alongside your route on the plaque or directly on the frame. Names, dates, specific trail stats, or a personal memory all look fantastic.
Step 6: Leave The Rest To Us. What if you do not have a link or a GPX file for your route? Do not worry at all! Just type a wee note with the location details into the box instead. Add the map to your basket, checkout, and we will get in touch with you to sort it all out!
Shipping
Due to the bespoke nature of our 3D printing service, orders are processed and manufactured individually.
To ensure the highest quality, we kindly request you allow at least 2-4 business days for the completion of your custom order.
UK Delivery
International Shipping & Customs
International orders are shipped using 3-5 day Royal Mail Tracked and the price is calculated by the net weight of your order.
United States: Orders shipped to the USA valued under $800 will clear customs automatically and will not incur any import taxes, duties, or courier fees.
Rest of World: All other international orders are shipped directly from our UK workshop as “Delivered Duties Unpaid” (DDU).
- EU: Due to the recent changes in EU laws we are unable to ship to any of the EU countries due to the high cost of Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) & EU Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation (PPWR)
Unlike the US, countries like Canada have a strict duty-free threshold of CAD $20, and Mexico applies taxes to goods over $50 USD. This means your local customs authority will likely apply import taxes or VAT to your parcel when it arrives at the border.
Your local delivery courier (such as Canada Post, DHL, etc.) may also apply a separate administration or collection fee for processing these taxes on your behalf.
Customers are fully responsible for paying any import duties, local taxes, and courier handling fees required to receive their parcel.
Unclaimed Parcels & Delivery Failures
If an international parcel is returned to us because the local customs fees were refused, or if the delivery failed due to incomplete or incorrect address details provided at checkout (such as a missing house number or a name missing from an apartment doorbell), the original shipping cost is non-refundable.
To have a returned parcel sent back out, the customer will be required to cover the cost of a new shipping label. If the customer prefers to cancel the order upon its return, a refund will be issued for the cost of the physical items only, minus the original postage & packaging fee.
