Start your next cosplay build with this full-head FNAF Spring Bonnie mask. It’s the perfect starting point for any serious fan or collector. Please note, this mask arrives as a raw, 3D print. The finished photos just show what you can do with your own furring and paint job. Whether you’re building a full animatronic suit or a display piece, this life-sized replica gives you an incredibly accurate base to work from.

Engineered for a Perfect Finish

We print the ears and jaw as completely separate parts. Since we do this, you get total control over the painting and furring process. Also, we designed a precise pin and slot system for the joints. When you slot them together, they line up perfectly every single time. Once you finish your detail work, just add a drop of superglue or epoxy for a strong, pro finish.

We want your mask to fit you perfectly. So, just pick your head measurements using the options below. Before we print, our team will custom-size the file specifically for you. In fact, this keeps the mask secure and very comfortable. Even after a long day at a con, you can wear it without any nasty pressure points.

Durable Scottish Craftsmanship

We 3D print every mask right here in our Aberdeenshire workshop. We use high-quality, tough PLA plastic. Because it’s so strong, it easily survives a busy con floor. Yet, it stays light enough for all-day wear. Plus, shipping the ears and jaw loose keeps the whole mask much safer in the post. Finally, it lets you pick the exact ear angle before you glue them down permanently.

Sizing Guide: Which mask is right for you?

We have scaled these masks to allow room for you to add your own comfortable foam padding on the inside.

  • Size Large (Standard Adult) — 100% Scale This is our standard fit for an adult and those with a broader face, 183mm at the narrowest point. It provides enough clearance around the jaw and temples to comfortably wear with standard cosplay padding.

  • Size Medium (Teens & Small Adults) — 90% Scale The ideal sweet spot for teenagers, older kids (12+), and adults with narrower faces. 165mm at the narrowest point

  • Size Small (Kids Under 8) — 80% Scale Specifically scaled down for younger children. Please note this size is 146mm wide at the cheek bone and will not comfortably fit older kids or adults.

Shipping

Due to the bespoke nature of our 3D printing service, orders are processed and manufactured individually.

To ensure the highest quality, we kindly request you allow at least 2-4 business days for the completion of your custom order.

UK Delivery

  • Standard: All UK orders under £50 are shipped using First Class Royal Mail.

  • Premium: All UK orders above £50 are shipped using Tracked 48hr Royal Mail.

International Shipping & Customs

International orders are shipped using 3-5 day Royal Mail Tracked and the price is calculated by the net weight of your order.

  • United States: Orders shipped to the USA valued under $800 will clear customs automatically and will not incur any import taxes, duties, or courier fees.

  • Rest of World: All other international orders are shipped directly from our UK workshop as “Delivered Duties Unpaid” (DDU).

  • EU: Due to the recent changes in EU laws we are unable to ship to any of the EU countries due to the high cost of Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) & EU Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation (PPWR)

  • Unlike the US, countries like Canada have a strict duty-free threshold of CAD $20, and Mexico applies taxes to goods over $50 USD. This means your local customs authority will likely apply import taxes or VAT to your parcel when it arrives at the border.

  • Your local delivery courier (such as Canada Post, DHL, etc.) may also apply a separate administration or collection fee for processing these taxes on your behalf.

  • Customers are fully responsible for paying any import duties, local taxes, and courier handling fees required to receive their parcel.

Unclaimed Parcels & Delivery Failures

If an international parcel is returned to us because the local customs fees were refused, or if the delivery failed due to incomplete or incorrect address details provided at checkout (such as a missing house number or a name missing from an apartment doorbell), the original shipping cost is non-refundable.

To have a returned parcel sent back out, the customer will be required to cover the cost of a new shipping label. If the customer prefers to cancel the order upon its return, a refund will be issued for the cost of the physical items only, minus the original postage & packaging fee.

Safety & Quality

Safety & Usage Guidelines

  • Intended Use: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, our products are designed as decorative items, compact tool organiser, wall art, cosplay props, or tabletop accessories. They are not toys and are not intended for play.

  • Masks & Props: If this item is a mask or wearable prop, please note it is for costume use only. It does not provide any impact, respiratory, or UV protection.

  • Recommended Age: 14+ (Collector/Hobbyist Item).

  • Placement: For the safety of younger children, please ensure all items are kept out of reach of those under 36 months, particularly items containing small parts or batteries.

Material Care (PLA Only)

  • Heat Sensitivity: Unless otherwise stated all of our products are 3D printed using PLA (Polylactic Acid), an eco-friendly, biodegradable plastic. Please keep away from direct heat sources (such as radiators, heaters, or hot cars). PLA can soften and warp if exposed to temperatures above 60°C.

  • Cleaning: To clean, simply wipe gently with a soft, dry cloth or a duster. Do not submerge in water or use harsh chemical cleaners.

Material Care (PETG)

  • Heat Sensitivity: PETG is a highly durable and impact-resistant plastic. While it offers superior heat resistance compared to standard materials, please keep it away from extreme heat sources. PETG can begin to soften and warp if exposed to temperatures above 80°C.
  • Cleaning: PETG is naturally water-resistant. To clean, simply wipe with a damp cloth or use mild soapy water if needed. Avoid using abrasive scrubbing pads or harsh chemical solvents, as these can damage the surface finish.

What to Expect from Your 3D Printed Item

At Alba PrintLabs, we produce your items using high-quality 3D printing technology. While we strive for perfection, this manufacturing process has unique characteristics that make every piece slightly different.

  • Layer Lines & Surface Texture: Unlike injection-moulded plastic which is perfectly smooth, 3D printing builds an object layer by layer. As a result, you will likely see horizontal “layer lines” on the surface of your product. On topography maps, these lines act as contour lines, adding to the detail.

  • Filament & Colour Consistency: We always use high-quality filaments from trusted suppliers. However, slight variations in colour shade can occur between spools. If your item requires a filament swap mid-print, there is a possibility that the colour shade may look slightly different. This is a normal part of the process and is not considered a defect.

  • Weight: Some products will have a net weight on the listing, these are for international shipping classes only, the net weight of a product can vary.

Finishing Tip: If you prefer an even smoother finish, the nature of PLA allows for post-processing. You can lightly sand the surface using fine-grit sandpaper.
