Start your next project with the Kemono Dragon Fursuit Base. Because this is an official Mugiwara design, it captures those large anime eyes perfectly. Plus, it gives you that highly sought-after Kemono look. So, whether you are a pro or a first-time maker, this base is the perfect start.

Con-Proof Durability

We print every Kemono Dragon Fursuit Base using tough PLA+ plastic. To keep it strong, we use a thick 3.3mm wall. This keeps the shell rock-solid and safe from hard impacts. Also, it holds up perfectly during busy cons without flexing. Best of all, we kept the inside very light. So, you stay comfortable all day long.

Smooth Surface and Easy Furring

We tuned our print settings to give you a very smooth surface right off the bed. Since it needs so little sanding, you can start your foam work right away. Next, you will find that the PLA+ plastic sticks perfectly to hot glue and epoxy. This makes the furring process fast and easy.

Your Character, Your Way

This listing includes the face shell only. But, this gives you total freedom to craft your own foam ears and horns. By keeping these parts separate, you can easily change the shape, spikes, or fin ears. Then, you can match your character exactly.

Sizing & Fit

Hatchling (19.5cm / ~19″ head circ): Perfect for a very stylised, cute dragon partial. Dimensions: 19.5cm (W) x 20.1cm (H) x 16.2cm (L). (Weight: 145g).

Drake (22.0cm / ~21″ head circ): The balanced middle tier for standard adult builds. Dimensions: 22.0cm (W) x 22.6cm (H) x 18.2cm (L). (Weight: ~190g).

Titan (24.4cm / ~23″ head circ): The original Mugiwara Cosplay size. A tall base with plenty of room for extra padding. Dimensions: 24.4cm (W) x 25.1cm (H) x 20.2cm (L). (Weight: 240g).

Safety & Usage Guidelines

  • Intended Use: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, our products are designed as decorative items, wall art, cosplay props, or tabletop accessories. They are not toys and are not intended for play.

  • Masks & Props: If this item is a mask or wearable prop, please note it is for costume use only. It does not provide any impact, respiratory, or UV protection.

  • Recommended Age: 14+ (Collector/Hobbyist Item).

  • Placement: For the safety of younger children, please ensure all items are kept out of reach of those under 36 months, particularly items containing small parts or batteries.

Material Care (PLA)

  • Heat Sensitivity: All our items are 3D printed using PLA (Polylactic Acid), an eco-friendly, biodegradable plastic. Please keep away from direct heat sources (such as radiators, heaters, or hot cars). PLA can soften and warp if exposed to temperatures above 60°C.

  • Cleaning: To clean, simply wipe gently with a soft, dry cloth or a duster. Do not submerge in water or use harsh chemical cleaners.

What to Expect from Your 3D Printed Item

At Alba PrintLabs, we produce your items using high-quality 3D printing technology. While we strive for perfection, this manufacturing process has unique characteristics that make every piece slightly different.

  • Layer Lines & Surface Texture: Unlike injection-moulded plastic which is perfectly smooth, 3D printing builds an object layer by layer. As a result, you will likely see horizontal “layer lines” on the surface of your product. On topography maps, these lines act as contour lines, adding to the detail.

  • Filament & Colour Consistency: We always use high-quality filaments from trusted suppliers. However, slight variations in colour shade can occur between spools. If your item requires a filament swap mid-print, there is a possibility that the colour shade may look slightly different. This is a normal part of the process and is not considered a defect.

Finishing Tip: If you prefer an even smoother finish, the nature of PLA allows for post-processing. You can lightly sand the surface using fine-grit sandpaper.
