Con-Proof Durability for Your Wickerbeast Fursuit Base

We know how much stress a suit takes at a busy con. That’s why we print every shell with a thick 3.6mm wall. By using tough PLA+ plastic, your base stays rock-solid and safe from impacts. Also, it won’t flex or crack during a high-energy show. Best of all, we kept the inside light, so you stay comfortable all day long.

Smooth Surface and Easy Furring

We fine-tuned our print settings to give you a very smooth surface right out of the box. Since it needs so little sanding, you can start your foam work right away. The PLA+ plastic sticks perfectly to hot glue and contact glue. This makes the furring process fast and easy.

Your Character, Your Way

This listing includes the face shell only. But this gives you total freedom to craft your own foam ears and horns. By keeping the ears separate, you can easily change the shape, size, and tilt. Then, you can match your character’s unique personality perfectly.

Measured ear-to-ear at the widest point:

Cub (22.0cm / ~21″ head circ): Scaled down for smaller frames or tight, lightweight builds. Dimensions: 22.0cm (W) x 22.0cm (H) x 18.0cm (L). (Weight: ~232g).

Rogue (24.8cm / ~23″ head circ): A great middle ground for average adult builds. Dimensions: 24.8cm (W) x 24.8cm (H) x 20.3cm (L). (Weight: ~302g).

King (27.5cm / ~25″ head circ): The original Mugiwara Cosplay size. Built for massive proportions and extra interior padding. Dimensions: 27.5cm (W) x 27.5cm (H) x 22.5cm (L). (Weight: 378g).

Safety & Usage Guidelines

  • Intended Use: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, our products are designed as decorative items, wall art, cosplay props, or tabletop accessories. They are not toys and are not intended for play.

  • Masks & Props: If this item is a mask or wearable prop, please note it is for costume use only. It does not provide any impact, respiratory, or UV protection.

  • Recommended Age: 14+ (Collector/Hobbyist Item).

  • Placement: For the safety of younger children, please ensure all items are kept out of reach of those under 36 months, particularly items containing small parts or batteries.

Material Care (PLA)

  • Heat Sensitivity: All our items are 3D printed using PLA (Polylactic Acid), an eco-friendly, biodegradable plastic. Please keep away from direct heat sources (such as radiators, heaters, or hot cars). PLA can soften and warp if exposed to temperatures above 60°C.

  • Cleaning: To clean, simply wipe gently with a soft, dry cloth or a duster. Do not submerge in water or use harsh chemical cleaners.

What to Expect from Your 3D Printed Item

At Alba PrintLabs, we produce your items using high-quality 3D printing technology. While we strive for perfection, this manufacturing process has unique characteristics that make every piece slightly different.

  • Layer Lines & Surface Texture: Unlike injection-moulded plastic which is perfectly smooth, 3D printing builds an object layer by layer. As a result, you will likely see horizontal “layer lines” on the surface of your product. On topography maps, these lines act as contour lines, adding to the detail.

  • Filament & Colour Consistency: We always use high-quality filaments from trusted suppliers. However, slight variations in colour shade can occur between spools. If your item requires a filament swap mid-print, there is a possibility that the colour shade may look slightly different. This is a normal part of the process and is not considered a defect.

Finishing Tip: If you prefer an even smoother finish, the nature of PLA allows for post-processing. You can lightly sand the surface using fine-grit sandpaper.
